English Recitation Competition

Poem Recitation is a mode of expression, a medium to reflect the talent of the young ones.

Rhymes can prove to be instrumental stepping stones for young children to learn English. These help them especially in the early stages of learning the language. Children can recite them at any time and at any place to elate their mood. Keeping this in mind English Recitation Competition was organized for the students of Pre School on 18.01.17 (Wednesday). All the participants came prepared with different rhymes of their choice. It was a delight to listen to those little ones. The eye catching props were the icing on the cake.

So lets dance along Lohri is here."

The mood in the school ground was full of religious fervour and the students were totally absorbed in the festive spirit of Lohri. Importance of Lohri festival which ushers in the cheerful, spring season bidding adieu to the dull winters, was shared with the little learners. Bonfire was lit, the students and teachers danced on the songs immersed in rich cultural folklore of Punjab. Groundnuts, Rewari and Pop corns were distributed which children relished.
