Fun with origami

"Origami is a metamorphic art form, you got a piece of paper, you don't add to it, you don't take away from it,you only change it"
Same is the case with the hidden talents in the students. Talent is neither created, nor destroyed, it is only hidden, which needs to be discovered. To explore this talent of students, Fun with Origami activity was organized for the students, of Pre Primary on 28.11.14 (Friday). Students used origami sheets and colours  to design a scenery. This activity developed their fine motor skills and they had a great fun playing with origami sheets.

"Camping is a way of promoting self dependence"
As it is rightly said by Michelle Obama about school:-
"We learned about gratitude and humility that so many people had a hand in our success from the teachers who inspired us to the janitors who kept our school clean and we were taught to value every one with respect.
                                                                               - Michelle Obama

To inspire the children from happy schooling and to generate the idea of positive peer pressure, NIGHT CAMP had been organized from  22.11.14 to 23.11.14 (two days) for the classes Pre School to class IV.

Inter School Competition

Modernities shown again, kept their banner tall and high in skit competition. Tinny toddlers of class II bang the stage with their gracious performance. Even though they were the winners but they inculcated the value of happiness in participating than in winning through the moral of their fable that is "happiness is not winning, it's in participating". They portrayed this moral in the twisted fable of 'The Rabbit and The Tortoise' in a mesmerizing way and stood up as winners for their high spirits and performance in an inter school competition 'Curclicue' on 18 November at Kulachi Hansraj Model School.
